EUROPEAN PHOTOVOLTAIC INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION With more than 200 Member companies drawn from across the entire solar electricity sector, the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA) is the world’s largest photovoltaic industry association and represents about 95% of the European photovoltaic industry and 80% of the worldwide photovoltaic industry. EPIA members are present throughout the whole value-chain: from silicon, cells and module production to systems development. EPIA represents the interests of its member companies at the national, international and global level. Its mission is to deliver a distinct and valuable service driven from the strength of a single photovoltaic voice.

European Renewable Energy Council (EREC) Created on 13 April 2000, the European Renewable Energy Council (EREC) is the umbrella organisation of the European renewable energy industry, trade and research associations active in the sectors of photovoltaics, small hydropower, solar thermal, bioenergy, geothermal, ocean, concentrated solar power and wind energy. EREC represents an industry with an annual turnover of EUR 70 billion and providing over 550.000 jobs.

EUROPEAN RENEWABLE ENERGIES FEDERATION (EREF) EREF is the European Renewable Energies Federation asbl.
EREF is the European interest and lobby group for independent producers of electricity and fuels from all renewable energy sources except large hydro.
EREF members are national associations of RES producers and supporting agencies from many EU Member States. EREF represents at present approximately 17.000 MW of installed capacity in RES electricity in the EU. And it is representing a growing share of renewable energies in heating and cooling and in the transport sector.

Germany's Renewable Energies Agency The task of the Renewable Energies Agency is to communicate the most important advantages of a sustainable power supply on the basis of renewable energy. Above all, these are: Security of supply, innovations, increase in employment, export potential, permanent cost-cutting power supply, climate protection and conservation of resources.
The Agency for Renewable Energy works throughout Germany, on a cross-party and cross-society basis.
